Kathmandu

Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and is situated in a valley, approximately at a height of 4,600 ft., surrounded by four major mountains namely Shivapuri, Phulchowki, Nagarjun, and Chandragiri. The city is the gateway to Nepal Tourism and the center of the country’s economy. Its history dates back to over 2000 years ago and it was on the ancient trade route between India and Tibet, which caused a fusion of artistic and architectural traditions of other cultures that can be witnessed even today.

Pashupatinath

Pashupatinath is Nepal’s most important Hindu temple and stands on the banks of the holy Bagmati River. The temple is located 100m away from the end of the runway at Kathmandu’s International Airport and is a powerhouse of Hindu spiritual power where devotees of Shiva and Sadhus flock from across the entire sub-continent. Non-Hindus cannot enter the main temples but the surrounding complex of Shaivite shrines, Lingams, and Ghats (stone steps) is fascinating and worth the visit.

Boudhanath

Famed for its Stupa, Boudhanath pulsates with life as thousands of pilgrims gather daily to make a ritual circumnavigation of the dome beneath the watchful eyes of the Buddha. This is one of the few places in the world where Tibetan Buddhist culture is accessible and unfettered. The lanes around the Stupa are crammed with Monasteries and workshops that make butter lamps, ceremonial horns, Tibetan drums, singing bowls, and plumed hats for Lamas and other essential Buddhist paraphernalia.

Swayambhunath

Swayambhunath is a place that offers one of the definitive experiences in Kathmandu. This sacred locale, a monkey temple, is always mobbed by monkeys and is a chaotic jumble of Hindu and Buddhist iconography. A gleaming white Stupa makes for its center and is topped by a gilded spire painted with the eyes of the Buddha. What makes it an absorbing experience are the ancient carvings made into every spare inch of space and the smell of incense and butter lamps hanging heavy in the air.

Durbar Square

In history, Durbar square was the king’s seat of ruling and it is here that kings were crowned and their undisputed authority legitimized. Today, it is the traditional heart of the old town and still boasts some of the world’s most spectacular architecture. The entire square is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is made up of three loosely linked squares and many terraced platforms, which make for a great spot to view Kathmandu in motion.

Budhanilkantha

The stone circa of 8th century of sleeping Narayana (God Vishnu) with a larger size than human life body, on the coils of a cosmic serpent on the infinite ocean from which the world emerges located in the North part of central Kathmandu in Nepal is known as Budhanilkantha. The Lord is shown lying down on a thousand-headed snake named Shesha Nag (Ananta- Nag) means timeless or ageless snake. “This primal insight into the dreamlike nature of the world of appearances has an oddly contemporary resonance given the direction of modern scientific thought.

Mountain Flight

An early morning golden sunshine mountain flight is to be an arrangement In Nepal, seeing the remote corners of the Himalayas need not be a problem. Mountain flights provide the answer. The mountain flight gives the best opportunity to get the closest and the best view of Mount Everest (8,848m) as well as other mountains such as; Lhotse (8,516m), Shishapangma (8,027m), Gauri Shanker (7,134m), Cho Oyu (8,201m), Pumori (7161m), Nuptse (7,855m) and Ama Dablam (6,814m). The flights are taken up to an average altitude of 6,500 - 7,000 meters. Circling Mount Ama Dablam to enter the Khumbu valley, we take the passengers almost five nautical miles from the highest peak in the world - Mt. Everest (weather permitting). This flight usually lasts for about an hour. We provide each passenger with individual window seats (guaranteed) during the entire flight. Moreover, all our passengers are invited to the cockpit from where they can take some spectacular pictures of the world’s tallest mountains.

Nagarkot

Nagarkot is a mountain village and the nearest international high point tourist destination located about 32 kilometers away from Kathmandu valley.  Nagarkot is also the name of the Village Development Committee in the area that lies in Bhaktapur District of Bagmati Zone. At the time of the 1991 Nepal Census, it had a population of 3,504 and had 655 houses in the VDC. Now it increases its households as well as the population in significant numbers. The village is located at an elevation of 2,195m and it is considered one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur District. It is prominent for its sunrise view of the Himalayas including Mount Everest, Langtang Range as well as other snow-capped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of the Kathmandu valley and the terraces of the North-West Kavre.

Rafting in Trishuli River

Rafting in Trishuli River is an excellent opportunity to observe the diversity of demography, landscapes, cultural heritage, and the flora and fauna. You can experience the thrills of white water throughout the single-day trip. The Trishuli River is the most easily accessible from Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan National Park, and in our combined trip we offer this trip while on the way to Chitwan from Kathmandu. Scenic valleys and impressive gorges, exhilarating rapids, and easier sections, as well as the right amount of time, make it the perfect trip for first-time or experienced rafters.

Chitwan National Park

One of the UNESCO Natural Heritage Sites declared in 1979 located in the Chitwan district of Nepal is known as Chitwan National Park. Chitwan lies in southern central Nepal and the National Park covers 932sq.km with deciduous forests overlooking the floodplains of Narayani, Rapti, and Reu rivers. The park headquarters at Kasara is a 21 km drive from Bharatpur, which is 20 minutes by air or 146 km by road from Kathmandu. Chitwan National Park offers a wilderness of rich ecosystems that includes several kinds of mammals, birds, reptiles, and water animals. The highlights of this park are the 500 Asian one-horned rhinoceros and some hundred nocturnal Royal Bengal Tigers that live in the dense forests of the park including several other wildlife animals and plants.

Pokhara

The beautiful city widening of the Seti Gandaki valley in the eastern region of Nepal located in the mid-hill (Madhya Pahadi) of the Himalayas in Nepal is known as Pokhara. The elevation of this area rises very quickly from about 1000m to over 7500m within a 30km distance. Hence, the precipitation rate in the area is the highest in Nepal. The Seti Gandaki (White River) is the main river flowing through the city's heart and the tributaries have created several gorges and canyons in and around the whole city which gives interestingly long sections of terrace features to the city and surroundings. The Phewa Lake, Begnas Lake, Rupa Lake, and 5 others including Patale Chhango (David’s fall), Mahadev Cave, Mahendra Cave, and the deep forest (Rani Ban) are the major attractions for tourists. The lowest elevation of the city is 827m from where the views Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), Mt. Annapurna (8091m), and Mt. Manaslu (8163m) including the virgin peak Mt. Fishtail (Machhapuchhare 6,993m) can be observed clearly. Bindabasini temple, Barahi temple, Kalika temple, Tibetan camps, and monasteries are other cultural and religious attractions for tourists. Hence, Pokhara is the most popular natural, cultural, and adventurer international tourist destination in Nepal.

Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek

Ghorepani Poonhill Panorama Trek is suited for beginners of trekking with limited time expecting the real experience of Trekking in Nepal. This trekking package route is a colorful short route within the Annapurna region, which winds through patchwork valleys, dense mossy forests, and past icy waterfalls where you can stop to cool your face during the trek. Around every corner, you can view an exciting glimpse of the high mountains, whole horizons of which may be revealed to you as you reach the high points of your trek. Ghorepani Poon Hill Panorama Trek in the Annapurna foothills to the viewpoint on Poon Hill offers all the best views of trekking in Nepal. The trail of Ghorepani Poon Hill panorama Trek passes through rhododendron forest and fascinating indigenous Gurung and Magar villages with a nice opportunity to witness the culture and tradition of Nepalese countryside, full of birds and deep sub-tropical valleys, all set below the Annapurna range with the picturesque peak of Machhapuchhare (Fishtail Peak) dominating the skyline.
